InterCypher Email
Freeware Download Software

It is a not so well published fact that governmental organizations such as the National Security Administration of the United States and British government's, MI5 use specially designed network monitoring systems to continually sift email correspondence for key words that would flag "possible malicious content". A way to protect your email from this government intrusion is to simply encrypt the text. This renders the "key word" methods of email sniffing useless. InterCypher encrypts the text written inside any email client before sending by using a multiple XOR bit shift algorithm. This method is effective at producing a unique series of non-repeatable, alphanumeric characters each time it is executed. The user has the option of adding his or her own password key to increase security. Easy to use. Grabs text from any email client or editor and immediately encrypts it in place. Keeps the wrong people from reading your email. InterCypher can keep a record of email addresses and do mass email without including recipients lists.

Welcome to Intercypher Help!
Download Shareware: intercypher.exe

This program was developed while I was at work at a dot com in Seattle for the most part and served as a welcome diversion from the everyday "stuff" I had to endure. Have fun with it! Make sure the mail attributes are set correctly for your SMTP server by going to Mailer and Set Mail Attributes. A flashing box will come up. Edit the appropriate sections. Your information will be saved and appear the next time you open the Set mail attributes box.
To send a mass email message:
1.) To send a mass email message, go to "Mailer" and "Set mail attributes". You will then be able to pick the domain, SMTP server, source address, source mailer, name and subject. This is the only way to have a successful mass email transaction so be sure to carefully fill in the values.
2.) Go to "Mailer", "Pick text File", the file selector will come up. Pick the email file that you wish to use. The file will be displayed in a new window. Please note that the email list is being read from the file and not the display window. The text file must not have commas or quotations and each email address must be on a separate line.

Example: Dude@thisoneplace.com
Stuff@watcher.com

Mark A. Flynn www.Mt.net/~watcher/new.html

Is this encryption scheme strong enough to keep the wrong people from reading your email? Yes indeed! That is of course, as long as "they" do not have your key. If you are not using a key, anyone with this program could read your email.
